These
instructions will help you navigate through the Outlook Web Access utility
to access your email.
When you click
on the MS Outlook Web Access image on the previous page, you
will see the following window (or something to its equivalent):

This indicates that
you are entering a secure and valid connection with the Parish network.
To proceed click YES
Another window will
appear, prompting for a username and password. It will look like this:

Enter your email
User Name and Password (the username and password used to access email
when you are at work). **IMPORTANT:
Make sure the "Save this password in your password list" or
"Remember my password" is NOT checked!
**VERY IMPORTANT**
The Outlook Web Access
utility is available anywhere in the world. This could potentially
result in a security risk if not used properly. By accessing your mail
in a public place, you may be opening up your mailbox, as well as the
Parish network, to anyone who has the knowledge and capability to exploit
it. Please follow these simple rules when accessing your mail over the
internet.
1) Always make sure
that the "Save this password in your password list"
or "Remember my password" is NOT checked when logging
in.
2)
Be extra careful when checking your mail in places that are very public
(i.e., airports, internet cafes, etc.).
3)
ALWAYS click on the LOG OFF button when exiting Outlook
Web Access and then follow the instructions to close the browser window.
The button will be located on the left-hand side and will look like
this:

to check your email, click on the link bellow and follow the instructions.
